How long will my order take?
Production time is shown on each product and starts after you approve your proof. Delivery depends on your location and is confirmed with your quote. If you have a deadline, tell us and we'll confirm what's realistic.
Will I see a proof first?
Yes. We send a digital proof showing logo placement, size and colors. Production starts only once you approve it.
Can I mix colors or sizes?
Usually, as long as you meet the product's minimum quantity. Multiple designs may add setup time or cost, and we'll confirm the most cost-effective approach.
Can I pay by invoice?
We accept card payments and bank transfer, and offer invoice terms to approved business accounts. Email sales@myimprint.net to request them.
